This course is a great way to learn the basics of kinesiology in a fun, supportive and engaging enviroment. Sharon is fantastic teacher, very encouraging and has given me valuable tools to help myself. I reccomend Kinergetics to anyone interested how to empower yourself, create an awareness of any blockages you may have, and clear them. It is a very supportive enviroment to express yourself.

The Kinergetics 1 workshop has fuelled my excitement for continuing with kinergetics and expanding my understanding of natural therapies. With Sharon’s unique teaching style- a combination of love, humour, intuition and clarity of focus, I got far more out of the two days than I expected. Sharon teaching\communication style is warm, comfertable, playful & memorable.. I feel I easily absorbed her presence & guidence. The material was both practical & personal, and above all useful in everyday life. I have been a client of Sharon's since 2003. I do not really know what kinesiology is or how does it works, but I know it DOES work.

I started to see Sharon on the reccomendation of a friend, not knowing what to expect. At the time I was feeling very down and depressed,  I just couldn't see "the light at the end of the tunnel". The thoughts that contaminated andplauged my life were somehow cleared and I suddenly saw things in a different light, a more positive one! Happiness only happened to others never me! Well I can tell you that I am now happily married and have two beautiful children. All because Sharon assisted me to change my focus from that of " I am so sad and deppressed" to that of " I love life and being alive".

I came to Sharon Tal following a recommendation by a trusted friend. The day I presented to Sharon I felt like I was in a heavy fog as I fumbled with a serious decision that I needed to make. I was also burdened by an intuitive feeling the low energy I was experiencing, was threatening my health and wellbeing. The over-whelming feeling I had was that I was living the wrong life.
With Sharon’s help, I saw clearly, what I had not managed to see until that day. I had been running furiously in the wrong direction for so long that I had lost sight of the road that I really wanted to travel. As I moved along this other path, I felt unhappy and disgruntled with almost every aspect of my life. My energy was low and I felt illness looming. The realization that came to me in my first session with Sharon immediately lifted the fog that had caused me to lose my way. I almost physically felt the barriers fall down as my true path opened in front of me.
I know this to be my path, because every part of my being tells me so. It is almost as if I see the day for the first time in a long time. Not only do I see my way, I have become more aware of my surroundings. I am also happier and have infinitely more to offer my family. No change in a person’s life happens without an internal longing for change. In my case, I was aware of the need to change but I was incapable of bringing it to fruition on my own. Sharon’s spiritual guidance unlocked what was locked and I am invigorated by the new energy I have for my life. I am extremely grateful to her.
