The Kinergetics 1 workshop has fuelled my excitement for continuing with kinergetics and expanding my understanding of natural therapies. With Sharon’s unique teaching style- a combination of love, humour, intuition and clarity of focus, I got far more out of the two days than I expected. I can’t wait to practice my new skills with friends and family. I now feel an increased awareness of my body and a sense of empowerment due to being able to understand and balance myself.
